Kim has been innovating and helping companies thrive as a Human Resources professional for over 20 years. Kim has been working with executive teams to help strategize and position companies for growth and has even helped some companies to make the “Best Places to Work” list.
Her specialty is with training on a variety of subjects, strategic planning and employee development. In her many roles in HR at all levels in the field, she has gained a wealth of hands-on experience in Human Resources and training. Kim is passionate about helping companies be the best they can be and reach their full potential for being an “employer of choice.”
Kim has worked with privately held for-profit companies and nonprofits, in a variety of industries including healthcare, manufacturing, and professional services.
